Pohutukawa Cottage

Pohutukawa Cottage is a lovingly renovated, character cottage - the perfect spot for a relaxing break on Waiheke Island.  Curl up on the super comfortable couch & watch a movie with a glass of wine, or sit & enjoy the sunset from the lovely outdoor couch!  

The cottage has a well-equipped modern kitchen and an open plan living area, which has a large smart TV, a sonos sound system and a heatpump/air con unit this is a great house in summer or winter.  French doors open from the living room onto a large covered verandah, with super comfortable outdoor furniture.  There is also a further deck between the house & the sleepout which has outdoor dining & a BBQ.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, as well as the bathroom.  Across the deck is the sleepout, which has a Queen bed. Both beds are super comfortable and dressed with premium linen.  

The cottage is ideally located close to Oneroa and minutes away from fabulous beaches, wineries & award winning restaurants!

Each stay incurs a $150 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Note that there is an additional dwelling further down the property with a private courtyard which may be tenanted.
