While the villa is privately owned, it is situated within the grounds of Waiheke Island Resort. Guests may purchase access to resort facilities, subject to availability:

• Swimming Pool & Spa Pool – $10 per person/day

• Mini Golf – $10 per person

• Bar and Restaurant – open daily for food and beverages
