With a large deck & all day sun, this is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the beach! Set over 3 levels, you enter on the middle level into the open plan living, dining & kitchen. This opens onto the large deck, looking across the garden to the bay.

There are 2 bedrooms & a large family bathroom also on this level. Upstairs is the master bedroom & ensuite. Downstairs is the garage & laundry, with a separate apartment accessed off this. This has 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom & a lounge/TV room. Close enough to Onetangi Beach to hear the waves, but a paradise of peace. Sit on the deck & enjoy the views, and the lovely native birds enjoying the trees.

There is a bus stop just down the road, which has a good service around the island. Further down the beach are a choice of dining options, and a store. There are also 5 wineries within a few minutes drive, so something for everyone.
