Empire Views

Empire Views is a designer house built with relaxed family holidays in mind. There is plenty room for family and friends, with 3 cleverly designed bedrooms including 2 sets of bunks.

The location is fabulous; private with views across the Hauraki Gulf and with the lovely Enclosure Bay beach at the end of the road.

The top floor has a large open plan kitchen, dining & living room, with multiple sliding doors opening onto a deck on one side, and onto a large outdoor living area at the end. This outdoor area also has a louvre roof, giving good shade from the all day sun, while the air conditioning means the house is a nice temperature year round.

On the top floor is also the master bedroom, with ensuite, the family bathroom and a great bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks. Downstairs is the third bedroom and another bathroom.

The house is well equipped with Apple TV, Bose bluetooth speaker, a table tennis table and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a busy day at the beach.

Ideally located a few minutes drive from Oneroa Village, as well as multiple great beaches, a golf club, great wineries and restaurants. Empire Views is also at the foot of the Mackenzie Reserve, a 10 acre reserve with lovely walks.
